Hi Glen Gallucci here from Peak Private Lending talk about three ways that some investors actually sabotage their sales. One of the ways is by not having the rooms and the homes finished completely or anything else that’s unfinished.
One of the other things is not having good photos. Also the last thing is probably the number one thing that investors sabotaged themselves is on their selling price. Is it realistic?
